Uganda, just like most of the low income countries (LIC), has the highest number of young population in the world, this coupled with high levels of illiteracy and poor health affects National Development, accelerating the intergenerational cycle of poverty and disease. This hinders individuals from reaching their full potential. Developing and maximizing the complex learning environment and experiences and as well improving the health care system provide a huge opportunity to grow the capacity of human capital for lifetime excellence.
